All products are made to measure. We can manufacture to any size, however, there are manufacturer minimum & maximum sizes for guarantee purposes, but we can go beyond these sizes with your consent.

All products are guaranteed. Different products have different guarantee periods, speak to one of our advisors.

Yes, we are able to provide a final measure facility once a price and contract has been established.

If you choose our installation service then we will always send a surveyor to gather the accurate sizes. If you choose to order the items for delivery or collection then the accurate sizes will need to be provided by you, or you select our surveyor option.

For a collection or delivery service you will need to carefully check the sizes and specification and then place the order. This can be done on the website, over the phone or in person. If you wish for us to install then you will need to book a survey and installation date. At this point you will need to place the order to secure those appointments.

We accept cash, cheque and all debit or credit cards except American Express. You will not incur any charges for using a credit card.

There are a few reasons for this. We do not have sales people or showrooms therefore we do not have this expense. We also buy large quantities from our suppliers and because of this we enjoy much lower buying prices.
